Rocket Lawyer offers an AI-powered Rocket Copilot Service (“Rocket Copilot”), which assists users with a variety of tasks. By using the Rocket Copilot Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of the Rocket Copilot Service (“Rocket Copilot Terms”) as well as our General Terms and Privacy Policy. The General Terms are incorporated herein by reference. Capitalized terms not defined in these Rocket Copilot Terms of Service have the meanings ascribed to them in the General Terms. If there is any conflict between the General Terms and these Rocket Copilot Terms, these Rocket Copilot Terms will control.

Rocket Copilot’s proposed entity names are not legally vetted
Rocket Copilot can quickly and conveniently generate options for company names for consideration at the entity formation stage. The proposed names generated by Rocket Copilot have not been vetted from a trademark or intellectual property perspective, and may contain terms that infringe a third party’s intellectual property rights. Accordingly, you should consider the proposed entity names as a starting point for your name selection process, rather than assuming that the proposed names are fully vetted and cleared for use. We recommend that any proposed entity names or trademarks be discussed with a qualified attorney.
